1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Dubai Business Card are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our digital services, once a digital business card is created, activated, or accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


2. No Cancellation Refunds

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will prevent future charges only.
  • No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided for any unused time, features, or services.

3. Non-Refundable Situations Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service
  • Incorrect or incomplete user information
  • Accidental purchases
  • Subscription renewals
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

4. Service Availability

We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service; however, temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues does not qualify for a refund.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension or termination.


6. Policy Updates

Dubai Business Card reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
